On Growth Population
Growth Property
Tax Growth
Birch Bay's population is growing faster than any area in
Whatcom County. Since we have a water sewer district we can supply water
for a growing population. The sewer allows us to pack that
population in denser areas. All this is done under county
regulations which many of us find confusing at best. This leads to the
following scenario
The more uncertain the regulations for growth, the more
speculation for growth.
The more speculation for growth, the more growth.
Welcome to Birch Bay. Please move over. More are coming.
Wish I could say, April Fool's.
